Do not use my artwork for AI related, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.

Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.

Do not edit, modify any of my artwork without consent.

I have the right to decline your commission request.

Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with proper credit.

Do not rush the Artist for completing the commission if the Client did not state the deadline in the beginning.

Rough sketch, if there's any major revisions or changes only can be done at this step.

Lining and base coloring, minor revision still acceptable.

Major revisions: Changing the whole concept, composition, redesigning, etc

Minor revisions: Changing the hair, skin, eyes base color.

Text revisions for twitch panels.

Higher complexity will take more time to be finished.

The artist will begin work once paid and once it is the commissioners time in the queue. (Commissioners must sign an agreement to TOS)

Time between a commission can span from approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the commission and the queue times.

Priority order can be made for an additional charge of 50% of the total commission. (A priority order bumps you to the front of the queue)

By sending the payment it automatically means that you agree with the TERMS OF SERVICE, please read fully before purchasing. (I as the artist have the right to stream and post the artwork (the process) Please discuss during the commission process if you'd prefer it stay private

MONETIZED COMMISSIONS: Additional fee for 50% of the total commission cost

This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for profitable digital activities, such as [but not limited to]:

⤷ Monetized video creation, such as music video, marketing purpose, etc.

Monetized content fee is not required for stream or video thumbnails.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS: Additional fee for 120% of the total commission cost

This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as [but not limited to]:

⤷ Printing the artwork for sale

⤷ Using the artwork for merchandise design/ sale

Refund and cancellation only can be done in these circumstances, such as:

I, the Artist, is the one who cancelled it and/ or unable to finish the commission

Work for the commission have not started within 6 months after payment

Other than the circumstances that stated above, refund and cancellation cannot be requested by the Client

The client(s) must never request or submit a payment charge back under any circumstances. This will be considered as a violation towards my Terms of Service

I, the Artist, own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the art work(s) and any original design. The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners

Commissioned artwork (s) are personal use only. Otherwise, client(s) paid for the commercial rights that stated above

I, the Artist, have the rights to stream my work progress and showcased the final work on Twitch and/ or social medias

The Client is prohibited to resell the personal use commission/ artwork
